Using your Membership you’ll be able to book on any day and any camp through-out the next 12 months (up to 24 days total – upgrade to Silver for more!)
This includes many of our highly rated Sports Camps, usually operated in February, April, May/July/August, and October. However, your membership will qualify for any “Sports Camp” branded event by Roots Tennis should there be additional special events!
Terms of Membership:
Membership Packages, referred to as ‘Bronze Membership’, ‘Gold Membership’, ‘Silver Membership’ and ‘Platinum Family Membership’ are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Should you decide the package you purchased is not right for you, you can upgrade at any point during your membership (upgrade charges will apply, this is usually the difference in cost between your current and preferred upgrade package). If you decide you no longer require your membership, you have 28 days from the date of purchase to request a refund (email: info@rootstennis.com), no partial refunds are given. You are not eligible for a refund if days have been redeemed using your membership.
No days from your membership can be carried over to the next 12 month period. However, at the discretion of Roots Tennis days from your membership can be exchanged for extra bring a friend days.
